2) A one time Delivery Fee of Php2,500.00 will be charged on a Per Delivery Basis. Pullout of Item will not be charged.

3) A signed Long Term Rental Agreement will be required from the Client prior to actual delivery.

4) A Security Deposit equivalent to 90 Days Rental Fee thru PDC check dated at the end of the Contract will be required prior to Delivery of the Item.

5) Extension of the lease agreement is allowed thru email documentation.
